Weight Gain Along With Menopause
During period of menopause of women, weight gain is natural. Well in fact weight gains are natural in aging. Statistics Show that 90% of menopause women experience weight gain between the ages of 35 – 45. This is a natural part of an aging process. We all know that menopause is caused by hormonal changes like the loss of estrogen levels in the body. Today more and more women who are at their menopause period are also going through weight because of hormonal changes which occurs during aging. Weight gains are only one of the many physical signs that are very common to women during their menopause period. The reason behind weight gain during menopause are; the slowdown of metabolism which is caused by hormone deficiency, due to aging, the lack of exercise and physical activity and the increase of food intake due to emotional problems.
