Put An End To Swollen Gums By Avoiding Commercial Mouthwashes
Leaving a little something under the gumline despite brushing and flossing twice a day could allow bacteria to grow. Most of the germ in your oral cavity that causes bad breath may be killed by rinsing with an alcohol based mouthwash but it may also create an environment in which additional bacteria can continue to grow. What dental patients do not know is that commercial mouthwashes are not good for your the mouth. The mouth dehydration that it causes can make a better environment for harmful bacteria to proliferate. Swollen gums may indicate worse times are coming for your teeth. Your primary goal should include putting an end to swollen gums and staving off additional infection.
