Keeping yourself away from drugs to stay asleep
The best way to fall asleep is to sleep naturally. It is not healthy to use sleeping drugs either prescription or recreational, or alcohol to fall asleep. Using this kind of sleep aids makes your mind and body to unable to do their sleep work as well. Over the counter or prescription sleep aids should not be used infrequently at best and with the supervision of a doctor.
